Hey, I’m Patty! I’m a trainer who believes fitness should be fun, doable, and yes — even a little bit badass. After losing 100 pounds through strength training and nutrition (and surviving a car accident with minimal injuries thanks to all that muscle), I made it my mission to help others feel strong and unstoppable too.
I work with every body — all ages, shapes, and experience levels — and I know what it’s like to juggle a crazy schedule (shoutout to my fellow busy parents!). If you think you “don’t have time” for fitness, don’t worry — I’ve got you. Let’s get you stronger, happier, and maybe even laughing a little while we work!
